Markus Merz - self portrait / Selbstportrait
Self portrait, photo taken from the computer monitor screen.
The original black and white photo portrait was taken by my friend Stefan Albrecht in his studio in 2002. The photo-print was scanned and today I took a macro picture frame from the computer screen to produce this wonderful peace of digital photo art. (EXIF IPTC properties)

Das schwarz/weisse Originalbild hat mein Freund Stefan Albrecht in seinem Studion 2002 an der Hamburger Aussenalster gemacht. Der Foto-Abzug wurde damals gescannt und heute habe ich einen Makrophoto Ausschnitt von meinem Computer-Bildschirm fotografiert, um dieses wunderschöne digitale Photo-Kunstwerk zu produzieren. And you're completely sure Gerhardt Schroeder didn't originally take this self-portrait?
Germanys Ex-Chancelor is absolutely not involved. What we have in common is that I also don't colour my hair :-)
